Responsibilities:
Assist Transportation and Parking Customers
- Sell parking permits
- Process customer transactions (citation payments, citation appeals, etc.)
- Provide parking and transportation information via phone
Perform basic office duties
- Type, file, and enter data
- Replenish supplies as needed
