IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Charges begin 1/2 hour before pickup time (within Franklin
County).
- The reservation/itinerary must indicate charter activity
to provide an accurate estimate.
- Estimates are based on information provided; charges will be based on actual service.
- 100W or Travel Order must be received by Charter Services at least 48 hours
prior to the charter or no charter will be performed.
- A request for charter cancellation must be received at least one full business day before departure date (noon on Friday for
all weekend charters).
- There is a two-hour minimum charge for all charters.
- There is a two-hour minimum charge for all late cancellations.
- No alcoholic beverages are to be opened or consumed on any of our vehicles.
- All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
For Overnight Charters
- There is a 8 hour minimum charge for every day of an overnight trip.
- The group is responsible for lodging for the driver(s). This can be
done by paying for the lodging along with your group or the driver can
pay cash and the bill will be included in your invoice.
- By law, driver can be on duty for a maximum of 15 hours per day, 10
of which may be drive time.
