CABS - How to Ride CABS |
|
 |
- No ID or bus pass is needed to ride on regularly schedule on-campus CABS buses! Just hop on the campus bus at any of the bus stops located on campus and throughout surrounding neighborhoods.
- To quickly load and unload the bus, please use the front door to enter the bus and the back door to exit.
- While on campus, CABS buses stop at every designated CABS bus stop; you don't need to press the stop bar.
- When off campus, please press the stop bar to request a stop.
- For your safety, CABS buses are permitted to pick up and drop off passengers at designated CABS bus stops only.
- Many CABS buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts.
- When standing on a CABS bus, hold on to the vertical bars or extension grab bars on seat backs.
- When crossing the street after exiting a bus, NEVER cross in front of the bus. Wait on the sidewalk until the bus has moved away and you have a clear line of sight of traffic in both directions.
- To transfer from one bus to another, look for the
T! Anywhere you see the "T" symbol on the
CABS map, you can transfer to another route. Many convenient
transfer points to other CABS routes and COTA lines
are located around campus.
