9th Ave. West Garage Closes 9/28 for Four Weeks for Garage Floor Surface Improvements
In response to customer feedback regarding the reported slippery floor conditions in the 9th Ave. West Garage, this parking facility will be closed beginning Monday, September 28, 2009 for approximately four weeks for floor recoating (weather permitting).
The first two levels of the 9th Avenue West Garage will remain open to parking at the beginning of the project, but will also close towards the end of the construction to complete the recoating on the lower two levels. During the closure, displaced parkers that normally utilize the 9th Avenue West Garage may use the new 9th Avenue East Garage.
Please note that the garage will remain closed for all home football Saturdays throughout the month of October. We appreciate your patience in allowing us to improve the safety of pedestrian areas and drive lanes in the garage during the construction and apologize for any inconvenience the closure may cause.
