GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION If you need an application card to obtain a 2009-2010 Retiree parking permit, please click here. You will be taken to a pdf document of a general parking permit application card. Simply print your card, fill it out, check the retiree box, and send it with payment to our office at: Transportation & Parking Services If you do not have access to a printer and need an application card sent to you and/or need the current price of the retiree permit, please call our office at 614-292-9341 (1-877-OSU-PARK toll-free) or e-mail tpinfo@osu.edu.
