| Disability Parking - New This Year
- The disability parking option has been added to all application
cards. Customers who need an OSU disability parking permit may fill
out one of the application cards which can be found on the forms
page. Please complete this form and return to Transportation & Parking Services, 160 Bevis Hall, 1080 Carmack Road, Columbus, OH
43210. Remember, if you do not have a current copy of the State Placard
registration on file with our office, please include a copy with your
completed disability parking permit application.
If you are purchasing a disability parking permit and have problems accessing our building (160 Bevis Hall), please call Beth Bogard at (614) 292-9800 or e-mail her at bogard.1@osu.edu. She will work out an individual solution for you, such as meeting you in our dock, that will assist you in obtaining your parking permit.
