Citations may be paid in person at 160 Bevis Hall, on-line through our e-services site, through the mail, or by phone by calling (614) 292-9341. The mailing address is: Transportation & Parking Services, Citation Payment, 160 Bevis Hall, 1080 Carmack Road, Columbus, OH 43210.

If you are on hold for unpaid citations and are paying in person or on-line, please allow one business day from the time of payment to remove the hold. Citations paid on-line after 7:30PM will result in the hold being removed the following evening at 12:00AM/midnight.

If you are paying by mail, please allow several days for U.S. Postal Service delivery and two days processing/posting time for the hold to be removed. T&P is not responsible for payments lost or delayed in the mail.

If immediate removal of a hold is needed, customers must pay in person at 160 Bevis Hall and then take their receipts to the office of Fees and Deposits.

Please note: Due to a parking software change, our E-Services web site will be down from April 30th at 5:00PM - May 21. All services should return as of May 21 at 6:00AM except for parking permit sales. Please click here for more information. 

ONLINE PAYMENT

OSU Affiliates (Students, Faculty, & Staff)
To use the on-line e-services students or faculty/staff payment option, you must be affiliated with the University (you will be sent to the Office of Information Technology's authentication page to virtually identify yourself) and the citation must be issued/associated to you. Citations issued/associated to other accounts (i.e. vehicle is registered through the BMV to another person, citation is issued to another person's permit, etc.) will not be shown to you from this link.  These type of citations may still be paid by visiting the Visitors site.

OSU Affiliate E-Services Pay a Citation

OSU Guests (i.e. Visitors, Contractors, etc.)
On the e-services visitors and contractors payment site, you will need the citation number, the violation code, and the license plate number of the vehicle.  All of these items can be found on the citation itself.
